Sr/ Programmer Analyst/ Business Analyst Location: Woodlawn MD 21244 Security: Chosen candidate will be processed for a Public Trust Clearance Education: Candidate strongly encouraged to hold BS in Computer Science (If no degree, will sub 4 years of additional experience)   Required Skills: At least 7-10 years experience in systems/business analysis, requirements gathering, and project planning. Applications development experience preferred. Keen understanding of TSO/ISPF as well as MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Project. Must have excellent analytical and documentation skills. Must have outstanding communication skills, verbal and written (samples may be requested). Candidates must be able to clearly and effectively articulate business information - both written and verbally. Experience in end-user training (including documentation and possible presentations) is a plus.   Desired Skills:  Working experience with mainframe applications, specifically COBOL, DB2, SQL, and SPUFI. Experience with Oracle is a plus but not a necessity.  Proficiency in Requisite Pro; Quality Center/Test Director; and QuickTest Pro is a plus. Must have excellent validation skills (including developing test cases; tracking between requirements and test cases; and verification of tests).  Must also have excellent mentoring skills.
